How Special Education Path handles optional analytics, comments and digital purchases.
Comments and community contributions
If you submit a comment, we store the display name and comment text you provide so that we can moderate it and, if approved, publish it on the relevant article. Please do not submit personal or identifying information about a child, school, family or case. We do not ask for an email address to post a comment. Comments may be rejected or removed for privacy, safety, spam, relevance or moderation reasons.
Optional analytics on EHCP resource pages
Updated 31 October 2026. On the shop, EHCP product page, free England organiser and five related England guides, we ask before loading Google Analytics. Choosing Reject analytics leaves resources and checkout links available. Use Analytics preferences in the footer of these pages or this page to change your choice.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics records visits to these pages and two interactions: clicks on the four-page sample and clicks to the Payhip listing. A click does not prove a file was downloaded or a purchase completed. We use these counts to understand interest in our resources.
The tag sends a fixed page label and page URL without its query or fragment, plus a fixed product identifier for the two click events. We do not send comment text, names, email addresses, reports or completed worksheets through these events. Google also receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details when your device contacts its service. We disable Google signals and advertising personalisation in our tag; automatic interaction measurement is off in the stream.
Your allow/reject choice is stored on this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured with a 30-day lifetime without automatic extension. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and removes this property’s accessible analytics cookies; it does not erase previously collected data. Browser restrictions and people declining analytics mean counts will be incomplete.

Digital purchases
Purchase links open Payhip, which handles checkout, order records, receipt emails and download delivery. Stripe processes card payments. These services receive the details you submit on their own pages; our website does not collect your card details. Read Payhip’s privacy policy and Stripe’s privacy policy. Actual sales are recorded in Payhip separately from website click counts.
