Scotland uses the Additional Support for Learning framework. A Co-ordinated Support Plan (CSP) is not the Scottish equivalent of an EHCP for every learner; it has specific statutory criteria.

Take your own documents

Keep copies of CSP or other plans, assessments, professional reports and recent review records.

Contact the new education authority

Explain the move date, new school arrangements and current support. Ask what assessment or planning steps it will take.

Track continuity

Record any gap in support and raise it promptly with the responsible authority.
